Cooking Instructions
Hints:
- Curry mix also available in 1kg and 5kg bulk packs for large-scale use.
- Serve hot with basmati rice or roti.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- Add the cooked kidney beans and simmer for a few minutes.
- Heat 5 tablespoons of oil, add the paste, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Mix the contents of the Rajma Curry Mix with 300ml of water to create a paste.
- Soak 500g of kidney beans (Rajma) overnight in water, then boil until tender.
